Minor updates, such as changing contact information or deleting a page, will be made free of charge. To minimize costs, we recommend compiling all desired changes and sending them to us in one request. We will then provide you with a detailed quotation.

What if I already have my own domain name or redesigning my existing website?

Can I write a blog on this website?
A blog is not included in this package. However, you can sign up for third-party blogging platforms like Blogger or Tumblr, and we’ll add a link to your blog in the main menu of your website. Alternatively, consider our WordPress Web Design Package, which includes comprehensive blogging features.
Do I have access to a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress?
This package is designed for clients who prefer to outsource website management to us and do not wish to learn how to manage the website themselves. Therefore, CMS access is not provided for clients who sign up for this package.
What if I want to add new pages or update existing pages?
Upon project completion, adding new pages or editing existing ones will be charged at RM100 per page. You can compile your changes in a soft copy and email them to support@surf7.net. Page deletion is free of charge. Additionally, we do not charge for minor changes such as updating contact details.
Does the website include any web-based contact or email form?
The package does not include a web-based contact or email form. If you need to collect information from visitors, we recommend using a third-party online form provider such as Google Forms. You can create the form, and we will embed it on your website.
Can I have a multilingual website?
Yes, you can. Each additional language costs RM1,000. However, you will need to provide the translated content to us.
Can I host the website by myself?
The website is designed to work with our server and must be hosted on our server. If you prefer to host your company email and other services independently, you are free to do so. In this case, we will provide the necessary DNS records for you to update, ensuring that the website points to our server.
How much is your hosting cost?
The website will be hosted on Express cPanel Hosting plan. Clients who sign up for this package will receive free hosting for the first year. However, you will need to renew the hosting plan at the market price from the second year onward. Currently, the price is RM399 per year.
What if I don’t renew the hosting service?
The hosting account will be terminated once the contract expires, and the website will no longer be accessible on the Internet. Before that, we will provide you with the complete website HTML files so you can host it on another server of your choice. However, we will no longer be able to provide any support for the website, such as adding, editing, or deleting pages.
How long does it takes to complete the whole website?
It is estimated to take roughly 14 working days to complete the website, starting from the day we receive 50% of the invoice amount, assuming all required information from you is readily available.
